For those who are new to the book; this book is intended for children under ten years old, some adults commended that they also benefited from the book immensely. We recommend that parent/s read it with their children first and then allow their children to browse through it on their own.
Each day’s content consists of four parts:

2. Reflections for meditation,
3. A short prayer,
4. An action
